Developing quality testable requirements often does not keep pace with the needs of today’s users.  Many products fail at the customer site and cost many hours and dollars to correct and maintain.  Improving the process from the beginning could have prevented much of this cost and risk.  This two-day course will help identify and improve the process of gathering and documenting testable written requirements, product development, product delivery and ongoing product support.
