Discuss how current processes might be changed to improve productivity

Then the fourth day would be dedicated to review what was discussed in the workshop.
Design and develop specific applicable templates and check lists
Identify any additional processes that would decrease development, testing and maintenance costs
Discuss how to set up future milestones on how these goals can best be achieved
Based on workshop discussions identify what current processes can be enhanced, and what new processes might be applicable to your specific environment.
Identify future organizational milestones and discuss what is the best way to measure and manage those milestones after class
In order to be successful in the resolution of these concerns it is very important to get participation from the various departments. People from Business Analysis, Project Management, Software Development, Software Testing/Quality Assurance, Software Support, Clients, and any others associated with the project’s success should attend both the consulting sessions and the workshop.
