Workshop Leader: Jim York, President of C/J System Solutions, has over 30 years experience in hardware and software support, quality assurance and training. Mr. York has successfully worked in and managed small and large Quality Assurance, Testing, Customer Service/Support Organizations, Applications Development, Documentation, and Training. Mr. York's extensive experience in these and other areas uniquely qualifies him to present these workshops.
