Workshop Leader: Jim York, President of C/J System Solutions, has over 25 years experience in hardware and
software support and training. Mr. York has successfully worked in and managed small and large Customer
Service/Support Organizations, Applications Development, Quality Assurance, Documentation, and Training. Mr.
York's extensive experience in these and other areas uniquely qualifies him to present these workshops.
